A new company built on years of cabinet-industry experience.
Strategic Cabinetry is intentionally small today: one point of contact, low overhead, direct communication, and a process designed to be easy for customers to understand.
Experience across the whole project.
The founder has more than ten years of experience in custom cabinetry and millwork, including estimating, bidding, fabrication, project management, accounting, cabinet design, and contractor coordination.
That experience includes work on thousands of custom kitchen and millwork projects over the course of his industry career. Those projects were not completed by Strategic Cabinetry itself, which is a new business.
Why this business exists.
The idea is to scale down the fabrication side and use product knowledge, design experience, supplier relationships, and lower overhead to create a better cabinet-buying experience.
The long-term goal is a repeatable local service model that stays personal for the customer while becoming organized enough to operate consistently without excessive management.
